Published events become publicly accessible for registration. Cancel at any time - cancellation emails go out to all registrants automatically.

Set quantity limits and sale windows so each tier opens and closes on its own schedule. Sold-out status updates automatically as quantity is exhausted.

Ticket orders and payment tracking

When attendees go through the ticket checkout, an order is created that captures what they purchased and the total amount. Free orders confirm automatically. Paid orders are held pending payment processing. Each ticket quantity in the order generates a separate registration with its own QR code.

Ayora Net Events sends the right email at the right time without any manual work. Registration confirmations go out when an order is confirmed. Reminders go out automatically the day before the event. Cancellation notices reach every registrant the moment an event is cancelled. Admins can also send custom update messages to all active registrants at any time.

Searchable Attendee List

Search the full attendee list by name, email, or ticket code. The table shows ticket code, full name, email, registration status, check-in status, check-in time, and which staff member checked them in. Filter the view to focus on any group.

CSV Export

Download the full attendance list as a CSV file in one click. Use it for follow-up outreach, compliance records, or import into your own reporting tools. All registration fields are included.

Manual Check-In & Undo

Check in individual attendees directly from the attendance list without scanning, for walk-ins without a QR code or paper registrants. Undo any check-in that was recorded by mistake - the record reverts cleanly with no data lost.
