To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRE-Web LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the use of Ayora Net Operations Suite.
JRE-Web LLC may suspend or terminate access to the service if a customer or user violates these Terms and Conditions or fails to meet payment obligations. Customers may discontinue use of the service at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or service agreement terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to JRE-Web LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
